High Efficient Copper Dissolving Tank

Instead of heating with conventional natural gas, this new type of high efficient copper dissolving tank uses gas-liquid mixed flow jet diversion technology, making oxygen bubbles in the air fully combine with copper wire and producing a chemical oxidation reaction. The oxidation rate of the copper wire is accelerated. When the copper wire quantity keeps at 40t without heating, rate of dissolving copper: ≥ 200Kg/h, which is nearly twice as fast as the traditional spray-type copper dissolving rate. The new type pf tank greatly reduces the guaranteed quantity of copper material needed in traditional copper melting tank on the basis of further improving the efficiency of copper dissolution reaction. For example, the occupied capital of copper raw material can be reduced by about 50 million yuan if the annual production of copper foil is 10,000 tons. Also, there is no need to heat by steam, and can save the current capital of purchasing copper raw materials and energy for customers.
